Dear friends –

The Warrior Empowerment Foundation is truly grateful for your continued support as we are entering our sixth year of serving our wounded and recovering service men and women who need a helping hand. Since 2013, our all-volunteer foundation has raised nearly $800,000 to help others in need.

We know you always look forward to our signature event, the Tribute to Troops, and we are thankful for your support and enthusiasm. It’s the best party of the year, in our opinion!

This year, the Tribute to Troops is taking a short hiatus, but will return in 2019, bigger and better than ever. Sometimes, we all need a break to tend to family and friends who need us.

In the meantime, we continue to support our mission, with recent grants and donations to several area nonprofit organizations which serve veterans, active duty service members and their caregivers’ needs, including USA Cares, the 412th Civil Affairs Battalion Alumni Fund, Joggin’ for Frogmen, St. Vincent de Paul, Save a Vet, and Volunteers of America.  If you are aware of an individual or group that might need assistance, please reach out to us.

Partners and sponsors like USA Cares, Sysco Foods, Tumbleweed, Carl Truman Law Office and many others, are why the Warrior Empowerment Foundation remains so successful. You make the difference for our veterans and active duty service men and women. Always reflect and be thankful for their service, sacrifice and dedication to our country.  They give so much, and we hope we may give back a fraction of that to these heroes.

Please continue to check our website (www.wefoundationky.org) and social media for exciting news to come on the 2019 Tribute to Troops and news on how we are growing and serving others. In this season of Thanksgiving, take a moment to thank a veteran or active duty member, and continue to give and support them always.

With gratitude,

Your friends at the Warrior Empowerment Foundation
